One in three adults willing to pay £5 GP fee to fund early childhood services

Nearly a third of adults would be willing to pay £5 to see their GP if the additional revenue was directed towards early years health and development programs for under-fives.

Kindred Squared ran a snapshot poll of 2,500 adults in England and Wales from 21 June to 1 July and found that over six in ten (62 per cent) adults believe that early childhood interventions have a greater long-term societal impact than increased funding for universities and colleges.
