Content Specialist
- Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000

About the role
We are looking for a Content Specialist who can come up with incredible ideas and write compellingly copy across a variety of communication platforms.
You will need excellent understanding of social media, traditional print media and commercial publications, as well as an interest in learning more about other publication types and styles. You must be able to demonstrate flexibility for tone of voice, and show that you have meticulous attention to detail and the ability to proof-read final documents.
As our Content Specialist you will be required to seek out and react to current news trends and discussion points related to early education. We need someone who can be both reactive and strategic; to be able to produce content quickly and to plan ahead.
One day, you might be working on producing a report with our school readiness data; the next, you could be writing a response letter to The Times on the potential economic impact of increased investment in early childhood. You will be asked to brainstorm, plan and execute social media campaigns, design content for marketing materials and write copy for conferences – always delivering creative content to highest standard. Whatever the brief, you’ll be taking comms projects from concept to completion, working alongside the Director and the Director of Marketing and Operations.
You do not need to have early years education expertise to be successful in this role. We are looking for candidates with a broad range of experience. If you have the content creating experience in an adjacent sector and a willingness to learn at pace, we want to hear from you.
We’d love to see examples of your work and we will also ask you to complete some practical exercises to show-off your editorial prowess as part of the recruitment process. Programme & Partnership Manager

About the role
We are looking for a Programme & Partnership Manager to lead on delivering successful outcomes for a range of Kindred Squared projects. This will require strong interpersonal and relationship management skills as well as an assiduousness that enables you to see activities through to completion.
You will be working as part of a small in-house team, and engaging with a range of external stakeholders, committed to improving early education and early child development. You must be able to demonstrate your ability to work within the bounds of a fast-paced, multifaceted portfolio of partners, each with their own opportunities and challenges.
As our Programme & Partnership Manager you will support Kindred Squared’s the wider strategic aims by building strong external partnerships, as well as leading internal teams responsible for the creation and delivery of all Kindred Squared programmes.
One day, you might be at an event building partnerships with organisations working on parental engagement; the next, you might be drafting a programme proposal to share with the Director. You will be asked to research and plan for future programmes, as well as manage, complete and evaluate existing programmes. This role will give you the opportunity to see ideas through from concept to completion, in an organisation that has the ambition of delivering tangible social change.
You do not need to have early years education expertise to be successful in this role. We are looking for candidates with a broad range of experience.
